error msg svchost.exe

Can someone Please Help me with this File error it happens everytime i
dialup and connect to the internet it says error caused by svchost.exe
and must be restarted and i can not disconnect from my connection I must
restart Computer again evertime i get this msg can somebody please help
me fix this Pain.

This is the blaster virus..

To fix I install 2 RPC vunerabilty patches and Service
pack 4
Oh and the blaster clean virus to make sure it's not there
