Error msg: Microsoft Word has stopped working.

After working in Word 2007, when I attempt to close Word I receive the
message that Word has stopped working and it gives me 2 options: (1) Check
online for solution & close the program (2) Close the program. Performing opt
1, running MS Diags does not give any solution.

Correction to previous post: Options should be to Restart program.

When did you last update Office 2007? The current file version of wwlib.dll
is 12.0.6510.5001. I believe the SP1 updates fixed the stability issues and
the current version is SP2.
