It does not help as i am not using msn. I am using a web

mail called everyone.net. it works on my other computer &
I cannot understand why it will not work on this one

What version of Outlook do you have? The error indicates that Outlook is
unable to connect to your server. It may be that a personal firewall or
some anti-virus or anti-spam software is interfering with Outlook's ability
to connect.
