Error messsage 1305

How do I fix ERROR1305 SO THAT i CAN INSTALL WORD INTO MY
COMPUTER. i NEED TO VERIFY THAT FILE
d:\PFILES\COMMON\MSSHARED\GRAPHFIT\PICTIM32.FLT. EXISTS
AND THAT i CAN ACCESS IT.

The reason that this error typically comes up is file corruption. In your
case the installer was unable to read the file from the installation CD.
Look at the bottom of the CD. Is it damaged? If so, then you'll need to get
good media. Also try cleaning it with a dry cloth. Sometimes dust or
fingerprints can do this.
