Error messages

Help please someone. I am fairly new to XP and have
started to get the following error messages. I have all
the upgrades downloaded and have searched the microsoft
web site. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The error message, that I receive automatically, contains
the usual send the error report stuff. the report
contains the following information.

Appname iexplore.exe
AppVer 6.0.2800.1106
Mod Name ntdll.dll
Mod Ver 5.1.2600.1217
offset 000441.db

Can anybody help me please!!!!!!!!!!!

There's a good possibility that this is being caused by a third-party
