error messages

i am getting an error messsgage which stats taht internet
exploer has encountered a proplem...user.exe and if the
problem continues to restart system....

There's a good possibility that this is being caused by a third-party
program (adware, spyware, parasite)

Download, install, *update* and run one or both of these programs:
Ad-aware from http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/
Spybot from http://security.kolla.de/
