error messages

I cannot open my email. It stops before the second message. This has happen
before and I have been able to fix it but no such luck now. I'm getting the
error messages stating it can't be received and the server has unexpectedly
terminated the connection. I don't want to pay the 59 dollars. It used to be
free..what happen? Any support will be greatly appreciated. Thank you
 
Wrong forum. Post in a Windows or Outlook Express forum. This one is for
Office. OE is not part of Office.

What version of Outlook? Exactly what happens? What errors are displayed?
