error messages in event view

The automatic certificate enrollment subsystem could not access local
resources needed for enrollment. Enrollment will not be performed.
(0x80092023) The string contains an invalid X500 name attribute key, oid,
value or delimiter.


Event is 1012
Source is Winlogon
Type is error


I keep getting this error on all of our computers in the domain

Does this problem arise when you log on as Administrator or as another
User?

well it just happens i my computer and i never logoff so i dont know if it
would happen to another user on my machine
