After installing Walmart Connection Internet Service, I
discoved it didn't support outlook express. I attempted
to use my former ISP ATT Worldnet but could not log on. I
get error messages above 692: There was a hardware
failure in the Modem or oter Connecting Device; also
error 651, and 619 and 628. Worldnet can't help. Walmart
Support in India can't help. Regedit reveals that REG_SZ
Data Value is not set for PCTEL HSP Modem, HKEY, Root
Legacy, and Services TSDDD Deliceo. What to do?
