Error Messages - 2

I am receiving two error messages (below) every time I
boot up. What do they mean and How can I correct the
problem?

1. MM_Tray.exe - Unable to locte component.
"Failed to start because TrackUtils.dll was not found."

2. Acticvation.exe - Entry Point not found.
"The procedure entry point?TOfdJpn@@YA?
AW4_tagTriStateBool@@XZcould not be located in the
dynamics link library mnysl.dll."

You have at least two programs that are called to start with Windows
that aren't available or are damaged. I believe the mm_tray refers to
MusicMatch. I'm not sure of the second one, but look at your startup
programs for something that might be related. Go to Start>Run and type
"msconfig" without the quotes and click on the Startup tab.
