Error Message

Each time I try and open a powerpoint file I get a message
that says, "The outline is too long to read in its
entirety." Can someone please help me on how I can solve
this problems. Thanks!!!

Are you trying to open a PPT file or an outline?

Which version of PPT?

Hm. I was hoping it was a Word outline, because I can think of what to
do to get that to work with this error! :)

I can't find anything on this error with a PPT file, though. Do you have
access to another version of PPT (like PPT 2000) to try to open the file
with?

Other than that, maybe try using Insert/Slides from File and see if you
can recover the slides that way.
