Error Message

I have a problem with Windows XP where I keep getting an
error message that says:

Error loading C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~2\ADDRES~1\cnbabe.dll
The specified module cannot be found.

This error message comes up every 60 seconds in a dialog
box that must be closed. I've tried looking up the file
in search and deleting it then emptying my recycle bin.
I've tried system restore but my computer won't allow me
to restore back to the dates when I didn't have this
problem. I've tried starting the computer in safe mode
and deleting the file but all this doesn't work. I've
exhausted all my resources and don't know what else to
do. Any suggestions as to what could be the problem?

It seems as if you have a bad installation of your
adressbook for your mailsystem.
You are missing at least one file and to solve the problem
you can do one of two things:
1. either reinstall whatever application that you use/used
for the mail/adressbook
2. try to find the entry for this file in the registry and
delete the key there
