Error message

Hi,

I run a network running Outlook 2000 connecting to
Exchange 5.5. I have a user who when she opens up Outlook
to check her E Mail she gets a message:

This view is damaged. Default settings will be used.

She also claims to have lost E Mails because of this.

Any help much appreciated!

Maybe she created a custom view, try to reset the view to default.

View>Arrange by>Current View>Messages.
