error message

OutLook 2002 When I try to open a folder like for
instance my calendar I get the following error message.
"Unable to diplay the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not
access the specified folder location. The .DLL file for
the information service could not be found. MAPI was
unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be
sure the service is correctly installed and configured."
I have reinstalled the program to no avail.
 
Search and run fixmapi.exe, then restart computer

or go to the support.microsoft.com and type in pstprx.dll, you will find the
answer
