error message

I am getting the following message:

Microsoft enternet explorer has encountered a problem and
must close.

this is happening contantly.

I am running 98 SE and have all the updates downloaded. I
know MS has a fix for xp and nt on the knowledge base but
I need help here now.

This is probably being caused by spyware/parasites.

Thanks for the response. however, i am running Adaware and
it shows nothing. also i just ran the recovery cd and
restored the pc to its original state.

For next time, get these latest tools.
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
