Dan

Very often when I am in a website and click on a link,
either to another place within that site or to another
website, I get an error message saying "Internet Explorer
has encountered a problem and needs to close" When I
click on the "for more information" button in the box, it
says ModName: winshow.dll. I have done a search for
winshow.dll and it does not appear anywhere in my
computer. I am running Windows XP and Internet Explorer
6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2. I have installed security update
Q832894 as well as Q831167, which did not fix the
problem. Strangely, the other user access in my computer
is not affected by this. How can I fix this problem.
Thanks Dan
