Something somewhere refers to that file, and the operating system
can't find it. If you have no other problems using your machine, then
the file would seem not to be important and you'll want to find and
remove the reference. Start by going to Start|Run and typing "sysedit"
in the box. This will open a multi-window text editor with various
system config files in the boxes. Use "Search|Find" on each file to
see whether it refers to p2esocks_1030.dll. If you find it in one of
the *.ini files, you can comment out the line by putting a semicolon
(;) in front of it.

If you don't find it there, go back to Start|Run and type "regedit".
Use "Edit|Find" to search for the file. Most likely, you can simply
delete the reference. Since the registry can be *very* sensitive and
screwing it up can disable your computer, you may want to post back
here with what you've found, and solicit opinions on what should be
done with it. We'll be here.
