Error Message

Hi. Lately when I go into Control Panel, I get an error message telling me
something to the effect that Windows have encountered a problem while
working with control panel at System32/netsetup.cpl. Does anyone know what
this means and how to correct it?

Hi Patty ... This is what i found out about it on google

Don't delete it

By unchecking the IPmon32 in the Startup, it eliminates the netsetup.cpl
error message.

This can be done by going to Start| Run
type in MSCONFIG

Click the Startup tab

uncheck IPMON32

click Apply

Restart your computer

put a check mark in the Remember my selection and click Apply Changes
