Error Number: 0x800C0133

When I want to download the emails, the error message says as

"An unknown error has occurred.Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No,
Error Number: 0x800C0133"

What does this mean and how to correct this error?

Also, do you have a virus scanner installed which integrates itself with
