I keep on getting this error message, while I'm on the
internet;

QAgent: qagent.exe - Unable To Locate Component

This application has failed to start because QWWIN.dll was
not found. Re-installing the application may fix this
problem
......................................................
Does anybody know what this is for? It doesn't seem to
prevent anything from working.

Did a WWW search and it is the downloading agent for Quicken.

Quicken Download Manager (also known as Qagent). When Quicken Download
Manager option is enabled, background downloading takes advantage of
unused bandwidth to download current financial information anytime your
computer is connected to the Internet"
It can be disabled in MSconfig if it's not something you need. If it IS
something you want to use, then it sounds like you need to reinstall
Quicken. I use Quicken myself, but I don't need it downloading anything
in the background so I have removed all references to it from my Startup
Group. Like Quicken Startup, Billminder, etc.
