error message

I have a program, called sax & dotties showhoster. when i
try to import information it comes up with this error
message. (Multiple-step OLE DB operation generated
errors. Check each OLE DB status value, if available. No
work was done.)

The window it opens in, is called (Janus GridEX Control
2.0) Any help appreciated.

Since this is third-party software and not part of Windows, you should
contact the program mftr.'s tech support for help with their product.
