Hi,
I understand the system displays error message related to image.dll at
startup. Please find the solution to the issue.
The solution involves editing the registry. Please read Microsoft's
warning BEFORE using regedit.
WARNING: Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that
may require you to reinstall. Use Registry Editor at your own risk.
1. Open Registry editor by clicking on START-> RUN and type "regedit"
without the quotes
2. Take aback up of the registry by clicking on FILE -> EXPORT
3. Browse to HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current
Version\Policies\Explorer\Run and delete the entry "image" or "install"
with type
"REG_SZ" and command " rundll32 c:\Windows\image.dll"
4. Quit Registry editor
5. Reboot the system
Now please check if the issue is resolved.

| when i start up my computer i get an error message saying
