Good Morning. I am at work and my wife just called me and
said that she received an error message and then got the
blue screen of death. I tried research the knowledge base
and came up with nothing. Hopefully someone can help. Here
goes: BCCode:d1 BCP1:7A676F72 BCP2:00000002 BCP3:000000000
BCP4F7B08EEA OSVer:5_1_2600 SP:1_0 product:768_1 also
received this: C:\windows/minidump/mini120103-01.dmp
C:\docume~1/themad~1/locals~/temp/WER1.tmp.dir001/systata.x
lm (might be sysdata) device driver serious error. This is
a new machine, about a month old. Will entertain any
suggestions to try this evening when I go home.Thank you.

This is usually the result of outdated or misbehaving video card drivers.
See the following MSKB articles for help.

.
That is interesting. It is hard to believe that Dell
would sell a computer with outdated drivers. We just
bought this last month. Could there be anything else? If
you all are pretty positive about this then maybe I need
to contact Dell. Any more thoughts??? Thanks

The drivers could have become corrupted. However, it's not unusual for a new
system to have outdated drivers for some components. Video card makers
update these often.

On a new system like this, Dell should be your first call.
