Error Message

When i tryed to play a film iv downloaded this message came up. Windows media
player connot play the file one or more codecs required to play the file
could not be found. And when i tryed to find out what codecs on the web it
came up. you've encountered error message COOD1O9B while using windows media
player. could anyone help with this?
