I am the Internet Sales Manager for a Ford dealership. I
use a lead management tool that was developed by
Microsoft called Sales Point. When I click on the link
that takes me to the new leads section where customers
are requesting pricing on a new Ford vehicle, I get three
error message windows that pop up. They say the same
thing.

Cannot find 8856F961-340A-11D0-A96B-00C04FD705A2. Make
sure path or Internet address is correct.

I've gone into Internet options, temp Internet files,
view objects, and saw where there were 3 active x control
files that were damaged. I deleted those files and set
options to update the page on every visit thinking that
would take care of the problem but I keep getting the
error message that prevents me from getting new vehicle
leads.

How do I keep the error messages from popping up?

You should contact tech support for Sales Point. Even though the program
was it was developed by Microsoft, it will have its own tech support
separate from that for the operating system (Windows XP).
