i have windows xp and every time i try to open a page, i
get an error message "A runtime error has occurred. do yo
want to debug". How can i solve this problem.

Close Internet Explorer.
Open Control Panel/Internet Options/Advanced tab. In the Browse section,
place a check mark in the "Disable script debugging" option. Remove the
check mark from the "Display a notification about every script error"
option. Apply/OK.
