Error message

my computer keeps coming up with a Microsoft error message:

application at location 0x7c812a5b.

this message pops up multiple times in a row.

I've ran various virus scans, but the same problem. Started about 3 days
ago. It has disabled my McAfee package and Yahoo Messenger, just to name a
few.

can anyone help?
