I keep getting this error message please help me.

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

Program: C:\Program Files\syscon\syscon.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate
it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's
support team for more information.

A quick Google indicates that syscon.exe is connected with Novell
software. Suggest you look and see what Novell stuff is running on your
computer and if you don't need it, don't let it start with Windows. If
you are on a workstation connected to a Novell network, contact your IT
Dept.
