Error Message

I have Windows XP SP2. From time to time on starting up this error message
appears: Error: Access violation at Ox7c91084B (Tried to write to
Ox00030FFC). Program terminated.
What does it mean? & where does it come from:Windows? Thanks for any
assistance.
 
Those numbers/letters wouldnt mean much of anything to 99.5% of all pc
users.To get details,open event viewer,click on the url in a event/warning,
this opens kb help/support in xp usually with a fix.

there is a similar message. I don't know whether anyone answered it!
