error message

Hi! I'm using Windows XP SP 2 but every time i download files from the
internet or tfrom cds it says the file is coorupt.Plz help me.

I'm sorry, but you haven't provided enough information to get focused
troubleshooting help. It can be very hard for a non-technical person to

Have you already checked your system for virues in safe mode? Using 2
different anti-virus programs?
