Error message

Hi, Everyone:

My friend's computer gives the following message every time he boots. He
tells me his son downloaded some program from the internet; he "uninstalled"
it; and now, this is the result. This has been going on for months, and
it's driving him nuts. I told him I'd post it in this newsgroup and maybe
someone would have an idea.

So, any suggestions for correcting it?
