upon restart I receive "error on start up
C:winn\image.dll,install" I have been battling spyware
that seems to be imbedded in explorer and adds 4 porn
sites to my favorites. Spybot will clear it but it comes
right back.

Spyware can be particularly difficult to remove, and if you do ultimately
succeed in removing the spyware, it will sometimes take parts of the
operating system down. That's why prevention is much better than cure, and
backups are more important than ever.

With spyware, you often need to try more than one removal tool. There are
many of these; here's another one for you to try: Ad-aware 6 by Lavasoft.
