In My Favorites under a Folder I have a SubFolder
called "New Folder" (with nothing in it). I also a
seperate Folder in My Favorites called "New Folder"(with
nothing in it). When I try rename or delete the Folder or
Sub-Folder I get an error message that says, "Error
Deleting New Folder. It is being used by another person
or program. Close any programs that might be using the
file and try again." I've tried everyting I know to
delete these folders and I can't figure it out. Can any
on please help? Thanks!

Right-click the folder, click properties, and see if
(under the General tab) it's marked as "READ ONLY". That
will prevent deletion, if it's checked. (Folders that are
copied in from CD-ROM's are always imported as READ ONLY,
for example.)
