This error message keeps popping up on my computer about once every minute. ERROR LOADING C:\PROGRA~\\COMMON~2ADDRES~\\cnbabe.dll what is it and how do I get rid of it?

Scumware - download Spybot from www.safer-networking.org and run a
systemwide scan.
