error message

I use windows xp home edition./came installed on system.
Just had hard drive replaced but even befor this
continually received following message....
WINDOWS MUST NOW RESTART BECAUSE THE REMOTE PROCEDURE
CALL SERVICE TERMINATED UNEXPECTEDLY......my system shuts
down in @ 60 secs and reboots.

Any suggetions welcome.
