error message

I work remotely with Frontpage 2002. When someone tries to access an Active
server page,
http://www.diocesephoenix.org/school/seton_catholic_hs/FParents/ParentHours/SearchFamily.asp
this error message shows:
"Database Results Error
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver]General error Unable to open
registry key 'Temporary (volatile) Jet DSN for process 0x5a4 Thread 0xb30 DBC
0x243d024 Jet'."
I have searched the knowledge base but I don't get an exact match. Any
suggestions?

Have your host check the Application Root settings for your account.
