Error Message

When I boot up my computer with Windows XP Home Edition, I get an error
message:

error loading C:\PROGRA~1\NEWDOT~1\NEWDOT~1.DLL
the specified module could not be found

What is NewDotNet? Do I need this? How do I correct this?

go to start and then run
type regedit
go to HKLM
software
microsoft
windows
current version
run then click on run
to the right their will be everything that starts up
look for newdot and delete it...you dont need it..
