error message with version 7

I have loaded, removed and re-loaded msn version 7
several times now and still cannot access email. I kep
getting the error message ;

The specified module couild not be found.
UNICOWS.DLL

help please??????????

Greetings,

This problem can usually occur when Messenger it set into compatibility mode. To check,
click Start, then Run, type "%programfiles%\MSN Messenger" and click OK. Right click on
msnmsgr, choose Properties and then click the Compatibility tab. Make sure nothing is
checked and then click OK.
