Error Message with latest download update

I never had a problem with the first one but the new
updated one has been a royal pain. I get an error
messages 1335 Data1.cab cabinet file is corrupt. How do I
go about fixing this problem?

Presumably the downloaded file is corrupt or truncated after a broken
download connection. Empty your Temporary Internet Files, then try the
download again by following the download links from
http://www.microsoft.com/spyware/
