Error message while surfing internet

Following the installation of the latest Service Pack
from Microsoft I keep getting an irratating error message
while surfing the internet. The message reads: A runtime
error has occured. Do you wish to debug?
Can someone please help me either turn the debugging
program off or uninstall it?

In Internet Explorer, click Tools>Internet Options>Advanced. Put a check by
Disable Script Debugging and click OK.
