Hi,

I'm getting the following message when trying to uninstall some software
off of a Win2000 Server:

"Another installation is already in progress. Complete that installation
before proceeding with this install"

Perhaps some old install of something went bad or didn't complete. In any
case, I can't clear this problem and therefore can't install or uninstall
any software.

Can someone help?

Thanks,
Kyle Stedman

I should do a CRTL-ALT-DEL and select the Task Manager to see what is
working - there you can select the item that is being worked on and
stop the work in progress.

Thanks B., but I'm not quite sure what you mean? There's nothing running
under "Applications" in Task Manager and, as far as Processes go, how
would I know which one is THE one?

Sincerely,
Kyle
