Error Message When Trying To Open A Database

When I am trying to open my database I get the following message:

"The Microsoft Jet datasbase engine stopped the process because you and
another user are attempting to change the same data at the same time"

I am the only person that uses this database so not sure why I get this
message.

More problematically, I can't open the database at all.

Is there a way to fix this issue ?

Check number 10 on the link below. It was posted on one of the other
threads. I'm dealing with the same problem.
