error message when trying to close outlook after using notes

Get this error after opening notes when I try to close
outlook.
"Could not complete the operation. One or more of the
parameter values are invalid".
 
Close Outlook - look for and rename the frmscache.dat to .old. It has
probably become corrupt.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
