Error message when connecting HP Ipaq

Recently I had problems with my computer and performed a System Restore.
Since doing this I have tried to install my new HP Ipaq 1950. When I connect
it to my computer the Connection Wizard comes up but then says"file
rndismpx.sys on windows WP Hotfix KB 8909027 source file is needed". I have
no idea what this means or where to obtain the source file. If anyone could
help me find the file so that I could install my Ipaq that would be great.
 
You have to go to the "WINDOWS" update web site and down load the patch.
You could just click on the "windows update" link on your computer.
