Error Message When Attempting To Print

I have a client that get's an error message when she tries to printer her
e-mails. We are using Exchange Server and Windows Server 2003. She is using
Windows 2000 and Office 2000. The error message is a pop up when she
attempts to print which says, "The item could not be found." She can forward
the e-mail to a co-worker and he or she can print the message. I hope this
