error message that will not let me work on my site--it has a .lck.

I got a virus and had to clean everything out and start fresh. I saved my
frontpage along with other documentations on a cd. Everything is now a
read-only file. However, I don't know if my frontpage is. It won't let me
work on my site. The techs and I have tried everything. It has this
extension .lck CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP MEEEEEEEEEEE!
And pray tell me why this debug message keeps coming up?????????? Do I have
something else?
