Error message setting up Outlook with AOL

Trying to configure Outlook to AOL, showing 4 out of 6 tasks complete then
error message - Task checking for New Mail in subscribed folders on
IMAP.uk.com unable download folder null from imap email server. Unable to
connect to server.
Have followed AOL suggestions but still not rectifying problem. I am very
basic user but one thing I guess may be problem is an incredimail box I
receive every time I sign on which I do not know how to delete. Most
grateful if you have any suggestions. use of outlook is part of my microsoft
home learning course ! help !
