Error Message Saving photo gallery

When attempting to save my stunning photogallery I receive
an error message "To save this page and photo gallery,
Open a Front Page based website first" Is there a way
around this problem I can hardly do this if I am not
connected to the internet? I need to work on masses of
photogalleries before I consider developing a website.

Any help at all would be greatfully received I have just
spent several hours searching the web for an answer with
no luck - albeit I did find others that have had the same
problem.

You must open a web before working on any pages using File Menu | Open Web
and enter c:\foldername etc.

You don't need to be connected to the internet.
