I get an error message during start-up (booting),
RUNDLL the specified module could not be found
in C:/Windows/Downloaded Program Files/Conflict.1/CnsMin.dll.

This error message starts appearing after I run the
Microsoft Spyware Beta software and removed
this specific CnsMin files.
Is there any way to stop this pop-up message?

Apparently you had malware which MS Antispyware removed. However, there
is still a reference to this (now missing) program in Startup. Use the
System Configuration Utility to remove the reference:

Go to Start>Run and type (without quotes) "msconfig" [enter]. This
brings up the System Configuration Utility. Look on the Startup tab and
find the probable culprit. Uncheck the box next to its name, Apply and
OK out. You don't need to restart immediately, but the next time you do
you'll get a dialog saying you've used the Utility. Just tick the box
that says in effect, "don't bother me about this again".
