Error Message: "outbak.dll" not a valid Office Add-in

When I start Outlook, I am getting an eror message:

"C:\documents and settings\user\application
data\microsoft\addin\c:program~1\micros~2\office 10\addins
\outbak.dll is not a valid office addin"

What does this mean and what can I do to fix it?
